i had to make 600 actually. but it became dark before i hit 600. so i was allowed to pause on it and return home first. phew. to help you understand better,
i made them by hand.
if you ever need to empty your mind, try this. though NEEDING to do it and doing it for fun, is very different for sure. it takes SO MUCH TIME. ): because of that, i REALLY want to taste the canapé that this is for. HAHA. each canapé will have 6 grains of these.
2 other things i did before THIS.
#1 was quite fun. i had to charr brinjals with the hand torch! finally got to try it! haha.
#2 was separating olive flesh and olive seed. i was told to try 1. and i don't like the taste. maybe i will in the future. but not for now. it reminded me of tomato. the nauseous feeling after i've swallowed it. it was kind of fun, but there was more than 100 olives i think. so haha. a bit too draggy.
i met a new chef today and he made lunch! :D
on the bread is mashed up tomato. and above left is tortilla! my first time trying. it was nice when it was hot! and it didn't feel very oily when it was still warm (:
[cause when the other chefs tried it a few hours later they said its too oily. haha]
