kind of want to be typing away but not sure what to be typing?
ohoh. i'll most likely be working at a catering place! which has pretty decent history to speak of and is still a reputable caterer. (:
i can't wait to be moving to a place of my own!!! haha though… moneyyyy. :/
oh well that's all that's keeping me rather excited for now. HAHA.
we have been playing around chocolate lately and seems like it will be the case for sometime to come still. hopefully it WILL GET BETTER! haha it was somewhat a pain today. cause it has to be melted to 50 degrees C first, then down to 28 before bringing it to 31. and it has to go to 28 first. so… yeah.
and it gets MESSY. haha.
but there sure is the sense of satisfaction at the end. hehe.
