tatre bourdaloue. didn't really fancy this.
tarte amandine. since almonds is one of my fav nuts, i quite enjoyed this!
tatre aux figues. i kinda liked this too. though the sugar level can be worked on.
flan tart with apple. i think i was fine with this because there was apples. like just the custard portion alone would have been like too sweet? the top is green apples so the sour taste neutralised things a bit.
tatre citron! always a fav!
tarte dacquoise! interesting due to its fruitiness!
tarte au chocolat. a simple sinful treat. haha.
victoria tart. an interesting combination of pineapple and praline flavoured whipped cream. they actually go well together. (:
will be updated as the days go by. HAHA. cause i'll still be doing tarts till the end of the week. :P
