first day of internship today.
i'm starting to believe i will never give myself ample rest before go through any major thing the next day. HAHA.
anyway, my day turned out to be rather chill. my head head boss extended his break. so i was like blinding added to the easier stations that can do with my extra pair of hands.
hahaha. and i got to knock off before expected because today is a major clean up day. so is like everyone was leaving earlier than usual too.
the workplace is ridiculously huge. with TONS of walk-in and average fridges and freezers. haha and there's quite A LOT of things to remember since its the most reputable catering company of the country. they cater for events up to thousands in numbers. and they need variety for their items. so my brain is going to need to do a lot of memory work. PLUS, i have lots of names to remember as well as being able to attach them to the right face. AND i need to pick up workplace french. ><
eitherway, i just have to say i'm really thankful to be given where i am because the staff are really nice and a number knows a little english and maybe because its such a big company they don't actually like exclude you're not proficient in french. plus they treat staff well, with proper lunch hour and food and i get subsidiary for my transport! :D
hoping to have more idea once the chef chef is back. (:
